After about a month of wearing the insoles detached from their glue and would ride up when walking.

After less than 5 months of wear there are massive holes in the lining of the shoes and they are falling apart inside.

The tread of the shoes has worn back to reveal that they are filled with a porous foam, and combined with the curved shape of the sole it leads to my feet frequently folding under me as I walk.

This was an expensive miss purchase.

Don't be lead astray by the reviews that were made soon after purchase.

Don't buy these.

Grisport Livingston Men's Quality Leather Shoes Tan UK 9
I originally ordered the Airwalker 43 but the supplier emailed to say it was out of stock and offered the Livingstone as a replacement. For me Grisport are the best shoes around and excellent value for money. I have had a pair of Dartmoor walking shoes from Grisport which I have worn every day for 2 years and also for holiday hiking. They have covered miles and are still going strong. They fit as expected and are comfortable from the first step. The quality of the leather they use is very good and if looked after will give many miles of satisfaction. They really are excellent footwear.

These are excellent true to size and really comfortable I am a big unit and can walk in these for hours a lot of walking shoes have really hard soles that wear well but hurt your feet. These are a good balance between comfort and functionality.
Would buy again also have the Hiking boots which are also excellent

All the reviews suggested that these would be comfortable, they are! Used for a week walking around Bruges, no rubbing or blisters straight from the box. Since been five weeks away in Scandinavia, brilliant, still look like new. Smart enough for everyday wear, tough enough for general walking ( not climbing).
