Unusable. Still looking for shoes.

2017.12.25 - Very disappointed with these shoes. The bottoms of the insides where your feet make contact are somewhat lumpy and uneven. This is felt by high spots in areas where there should not be; mostly near the front of the foot. At first your feet may not notice the lumps, but as you wear them the lumps become noticeable and with time even more uncomfortable. In one shoe they began to cause pain. This is not an isolated incident as we bought 2 very similar pairs of shoes with the Skechers logo. We exchanged one pair on their free return/exchange offer, but the exchanged pair was just as bad, but with lumps in other areas of the foot.

On one pair of shoes, I attempted to remedy the situation myself by removing the factory insole. Just a word of caution. These insoles are glued in; it is near impossible to remove the factory insole. If you use custom orthodics or insoles, these are not the shoes for you. I tore the factory insoles out piece by piece and then scraped the inside bottom of the shoe with an old round nose butter knife to remove pretty much all of the factory insole. After removing the factory insole, I inserted my own insoles, but it did not remedy the problem.

Some how or another these shoes are being manufactured as quickly and cheaply as possible with blatant disregard as to whether or not they are going to be usable. Shame on our American corporations for putting us in this position.

We bought two pair, exchanged one, and in three pairs of shoes none were usable due to discomfort, foot pain and lumpiness. I destroyed the insoles in one pair, but ended up returning the other two.

Terrible quality. I bought this shoe a year ago and wore it for maximum of 6 months. It is already ripped as shown on the picture. Never buy. I don't know where Amazon is sourcing this product from. They must be inferior quality ones. This is not the Skechers I used to know. How can I get my money back Amazon?

I bought these shoes for walking in the colder months. I just tried them out this week, It was mildly wet outside. When I got home both my feet were black or blue from heel to toe. I just got out of a long shower only get rid of maybe half the dye. I would appreciate a replacement pair a refund.

I loved these shoes initially but within 3 weeks period of moderate jogging the bottom sole started to separate from the shoe at front side point, on both shoes same spot, they use some low quality glue, its a shame cause they were very comfy

Just 2 months in and the lace loops are coming apart. Now at 4 months, lace loop came loose completely, Sketchers response was for me to send shoes back at my expense for them to inspect, no guarantee of replacement ir refund. So my only option is to have a shoe repair at my expense for 4 month old shoes.

Buyer Beware!!! This shoe is made larger than the size. I ordered 3 pair Skechers shoes all the same size this shoe although the same size 10 1/2 4E is much larger than the other two pair of shoes. I would like to exchange them for a size 10 4E but more than 30 days has gone by... I happened to be out of the country for 2 of those weeks so my timing on the return was skewed... guess I'm just stuck with shoes that don't fit right. 5 Thumbs DOWN on Skechers for not having uniform shoe sizes. 5 thumbs DOWN to Amazon for only allowing 30 days return.

Comfortable but not durable shoe

The memory foam feels strange at first. After getting used to it and breaking them in I found the shoe to be very comfortable. But after about 10 months of light wear I saw that the rubber bottom was separating from the body of the shoe on the sides of the shoe. I immediately ordered a second pair since they were so comfortable. But after about 6 months of wear, I was still wearing the first pair around the house, I found that this pair was doing the same thing. I could not recommend this shoe. They were not that comfortable!

Fell apart within weeks

Shoe was horrible. Within three weeks of having it, the top part completely separated. The actually leather separated, not at the seams. Only used for walking on the track each morning for 3 miles. Unfortunately I didn’t start using them right when I bought them otherwise I would return it right away!
