È molto che ho inserito l'olio di cocco nella mia hair routine e nella mia skin care.
È un prodotto che non può mancare.
Possiede infinite proprietà, sia alimentari, sia Idratanti ed emollienti, rinforza i capelli e li nutre, sbianca i denti e rimuove la placca, brucia i grassi, riduce lo stress, insomma un vero e proprio elisir.
Personalmente lo utilizzo come maschera pre Shampoo, inumidisco i capelli nelle lunghezze, e dopo applico l'olio di cocco, lo lascio in posa almeno 1 ora, più lo lasciate in posa, più edplica i suoi benefici, successivamente procedo con lo Shampoo e piega. I miei capelli sono super lucidi ed hanno un aspetto corposo, dopo questa maschera, inoltre mi aiuta a contrastare l 'umidità e mantenerli più lisci. I miei capelli sono rinati con l olio di cocco.
Lo utilizzo molto per struccarmi, ma anche come Idratante viso, soprattutto nel contorno occhi quando è molto secco, ma anche sulle labbra, e sul corpo per idratare.
Onestamente per uso alimentare non lo utilizzo, ma sono a conoscenza delle sue proprietà.
L'olio di cocco si presenta solido al di sotti di 23 gradi, sopra a questo range è liquido. Ha un packaging che ricorda, appunto i classici barattoli da cucina,sebbene si usa anche per uso cosmetico, bisogna tenerlo in un luogo asciutto.
Quando è solido, lo prendo dal barattolo con una spatola, riscaldandolo con le mani, si scioglie, personalmente lo preferisco allo stato liquido è più pratico, a mio avviso. La spedizione mi è arrivata in un giorno, il prodotto era imballato perfettamente, nella classica scatola Amazon, e all'interno un altra Scatola con l'imbottitura millebolle, anche perché il pack è di vetro.
Il venditore è super professionale, mi ha inviato tramite email, un manuale sulle spiegazioni e utilizzo dell' olio di cocco, ho apprezzato molto questa cortesia.

3 Cucchiaini Olio di Cocco
2 Cucchiaini Miele
Miscelate i due ingredienti sino a che, gli ingredienti non risultano amalgamati.
Inumidire i capelli, ed applicare il composto, sulle lunghezze sino alle punte.
Lasciare in posa almeno 30 minuti, se volete lasciarla in posa di più, meglio.
Trascorso il tempo di posa, procedete con il vostro Shampoo, e poi Balsamo.
I vostri capelli risulteranno nutriti, morbidi e facile da mettere in piega, l'olio di cocco vi proteggerà dal crespo, sino al prossimo Shampoo. I capelli saranno lusci e luminosi.

I've been putting coconut oil into my hair routine and skin care for a long time.

My hair is super shiny and has a full-bodied look, after this mask, it also helps me fight moisture and keep it smoother. My hair is reborn with coconut oil.
I use it a lot to remove make-up, but also as a face moisturizer, especially around the eyes when it is very dry, but also on the lips, and on the body to moisturize.
I honestly do not use it for food use, but I am aware of its properties.
Coconut oil is solid below 23 degrees, above this range it is liquid. It has a packaging reminiscent of classic kitchen jars, although it is also used for cosmetic use, you must keep it in a dry place.
When it is solid, I take it from the jar with a spatula, heating it with my hands, it melts, personally I prefer it in the liquid state is more practical, in my opinion. The shipment arrived in one day, the product was packed perfectly, in the classic Amazon box, and inside another box with the millebolle padding, also because the pack is made of glass.

3 Spoons Coconut Oil
2 Honey Spoons
Mix the two ingredients until the ingredients are amalgamated.
Moisten the hair, and apply the mixture, on the lengths up to the ends.
Leave it on for at least 30 minutes, if you want to leave it on longer, better.
After the time of application, proceed with your Shampoo, and then Conditioner.
Your hair will be nourished, soft and easy to style, and the coconut oil will protect you from frizz until the next shampoo. Your hair will be smooth and shiny.
