Sono anni che utilizzo le Brooks , ma l'assenza di un mezzo numero di taglia , fa sì che il 42 sia largo ed il 41 stretto . Reso obbligatorio .

Extremely frail inner lining

Pros: The fit and the comfort are great. There is plenty of cushioning to keep my aching knees compliant during long walks, although I have to admit that if it weren't for my knees I would otherwise find the cushioning too much and almost bouncy. The shoe is well ventilated, however, I find it a little too hot for warm weather. The outsole has a good grip on the pavement both dry and wet and is fine indoors.

Cons: Poor toe box support, which collapsed during the first few weeks of use.
Extremely frail inner lining that cups the heel. At about the same time as I noticed the toe box starting to collapse the inner lining started to pill. The pill started to rip within a couple of weeks and soon both shoes had holes all the way through to heel reinforcement plastic.

I used the shoes for walking (about 90%) and light jogging, so I doubt I have put them through more stress than expected, and it is extremely disappointing to see the shoe deteriorate within the first two months of use. In comparison, most of my athletic shoes last between 12-16 months before I see serious problems. One other thing to note is the odor, I suppose it is expected that an athletic shoe would at some point develop some odor. With these shoes, I methodically put only fresh socks before wearing them, and made sure the shoes get aired out after each use. The shoes smell worse than my several years old Nike runners that have seen all the abuse one can put a shoe through.

Conclusion: This shoe does not appear to have been made to last as a walking shoe, let alone a running shoe. I plan to wear the shoes down as long as they last, but once done, I will be looking at the brands that did not let me down in the first three months of use.

Die Passform ist gut. Das Laufverhalten einwandfrei. Leider sind die Materialien nicht hochwertig, so dass in beiden Schuhen die Hacken innen dermaßen abgenutzt waren, dass ein weiteres Laufen nicht möglich war. Bei dem Preis kann bessere Qualität erwartet werden.

Had a more expensive pair of Brooks that were great but I accidentally ripped them at work after 5 months. Did not want to spend $170 again so got these (although not cheap either) as I also wanted a pair in all black (previous ones had white soles that got dirty easily). As other reviewers have mentioned the front part of these shoes collapses by the toes when you step. I’m on my feet all day at work and they are fairly comfortable but I can imagine the collapsing issue must be worse for people that use these shoes for running. At this price point I wouldn’t recommend these considering this specific issue they have.

Update: I’ve had these for a few months now and my feet are really starting to kill me…very disappointing especially at that price point. I’ve switched back to Nike yesterday and got myself a foot spa so hopefully I can relieve my aching feet!

Not a Go To Shoe (GTS) this year

I have been wearing the GTS series for 10 years and go through 2 pairs each year. Unfortunately I will be skipping the 21’s for a few key reasons.

1st I too am having the side collapse issue others have posted photos about.
2nd the toung is shaped differently. Instead of a U shape that make it comfortable around the ankle, it comes to a point in the middle of the tung and rubs against your leg.

Last is the most important part. It feels like they have raised the height of the heel and also made it so the toe rolls forward. I practice “good form running” and land on the center ball of my foot. These will not not work for that running form. They want you to pronate and heel strike. If you land on your heel and roll forward they would probably be great.

Unfortunately these are not my Go To Shoe this year. Please bring back the 2018 or even the 2019 and I will be happy. At least I can still buy the GTS 20’s even if they do break down at 300 miles.

This is my 3rd pair of adrenaline. I've always sworn by them. But I found them to be too firm and my knees have been hurting well after breaking then in, which has never happened on previous versions. I'm genuinely questioning if the ones I have are knock off versions. But if they are, they're very convincing on a cosmetic level, but I dont feel like I'm running on a cloud like I have done with previous models. Big regret buying these

I have normal arches. I've had these for about a month and have put enough K's on them to write a review. This shoe is good but I expected more for the money.

The upper, especially, is of lesser quality. Material feels more "plasticy" than my Ghost shoes. Also, the rails in the upper do not quite go to the toe, which creates a "pinch" effect. Again - maybe nit-picky but for what I paid I expect perfection. The bottoms I have no issue with. They seem to be of the same strong rubber Brooks is known for and the cushion is good.

I imagine previous incarnations of this shoe are better. I can't compare them. The only Brooks show I can compare these with is the Ghost 12 and 13. Both of which are better than this shoe. Upper materials are higher quality and feel like actual cloth.

I had another of Brooks Men's Adrenaline GTS 21 - Grey/Blue which I purchased from a store. That came out very well. However, the one I bought in In White/Indigo from Amazon does not fit me the same way. My left foot's fingers seems to be tired when I am wearing it. I thought it will get better but unfortunately it has not. Not sure if others have felt the same.

Part of the rubber sole towards the front broke off, this is the first day of wearing the shoe. m/d/year 11-08-21

It has broken in more, the insoles aren't really as comfortable as the 19's so might try replacing them. It isn't making the blisters worse. Roughly 40 hours of wearing the shoes so far.

Tenia las Adrenaline GTS20. Es el modelo que mejor me va a mi pisada. Son unas zapatillas muy comodas. Esta versión 21 la noto mas blanda . Buenos acabados. Me han durando 4 meses (300km) Se abren por el interior . Ya me ha pasado en el anterior modelo y he cambiado de modelo. Me parece inaceptable por lo que cuestan .
